An exploration of the history of Pacifica cuisines and the foreign influence on each nation by chefs Siaosi Tavita-Brown (Kisa) and Jonny Taggart (LTD, Kisa), from French in Tahiti, Indian in Fiji, and Chinese in Samoa. This will be a night of learning, experiencing, and understanding just how these cuisines and their varied influences have been moulded into the flavours we see today as being traditional. Ticket price includes five courses plus snacks. This event cannot cater to dietary requirements
