Conscious Valley pulled lamb shoulder, with Spice Tree chermoula spice, Le Marché Francais comté cheese, Ch3cooh cucumber and mint pickle, and Shevington Farm free-range egg harissa aioli in a Shelly Bay Baker ciabatta bun.
This is a collaboration between multiple market vendors, available only on the three Sundays of Burger Wellington, and all proceeds going to The Shed Project.
