Warm spices, layered flavours and regional traditions come together in a five-course exploration of curry across Asia. Each dish draws inspiration from a different place or technique, alongside contemporary interpretations from the Dragonfly kitchen. Courses are served one at a time, allowing guests to experience the range of styles, ingredients and spice profiles that define curries across the region. The ticket includes a five-course curry menu, with accompanying sides and condiments where appropriate. Drinks are not included, but guests may purchase a specially created drinks match or other beverages on the day. Each guest also receives a curry-inspired treat to take home, created by Dragonfly’s friends at Asian Food Republic.
