Amuse Snack Bar invites food lovers to ditch the dating apps for one delicious night of light-hearted speed dating and snack-based bonding at their Euro-inspired aperitivo haven. Whether you are after a snack (human) or a snack (sustenance), you're guaranteed to leave with a full heart and a satisfied appetite. Each attendee will enjoy 12 mini dates and 6 courses of Italian-inspired snacklets – cacio e pepe, agrodolce, pasta alla norma, porchetta, and zabaione, all served in perfect bite-sized form. A glass of Lambrusco kicks off the evening, with a cheeky mini tiramisu maritozzo to take home. Throughout the event, wines curated by the charming Richard Klein of Artigiano Imports will be on offer, alongside Amuse’s house spritz, Negroni, and Parrotdog Lager. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – more aperitivo hour than high-pressure matchmaking. The Amuse team, also musicians, will guide the evening with playful icebreakers, musical moments, and a light-touch structure that makes meeting new people easy and enjoyable. Two themed evenings allow guests to choose their best fit: Evening 1: General Assembly Grouped on the night by chosen generation: • 5:30pm – Millennials (28–45) • 7:30pm – Gen X (40–60) Evening 2: Rainbow Night Grouped by dating preference: • 5:30pm – those seeking men • 7:30pm – those seeking women The event warmly welcomes all gender identities and sexual orientations. Attendees will be asked to indicate who they’re interested in dating at checkout, but gender identity remains private unless individuals wish to share it.
