The team at Lulu Bar have taken inspiration for this dish from both Wellington hospitality and the surrounding land to create an epic fusion between the vast ever-changing Wellington hospitality scene and our communal land. Wellington hospitality is a collection of people, knowledge, creativeness and passion with some of the country’s best artisans on a mission to give quality products back to our communities.
