ONLINE COOKING CLASS
Food Stories Aotearoa goes behind the scenes of Passo Pizza Pasta Caffe`. In this interactive online class, chef Michele Passarello will teach you how to make busiate, a hand-rolled egg-free Sicilian pasta, pesto alla Trapanese and aubergine caponata.
With ingredients sent to your door and Michele taking you through the recipe, you will discover the secrets of Sicilian cuisine from the comfort of your own home.
Note: As the class is online, a strong internet connection is required. All are welcome, however, ingredients can ONLY be delivered within Wellington, Porirua, Kāpiti, and Hutt Valley. Ingredients will be delivered in advance. Non-Wellington participants, please purchase the $48 no ingredients ticket.
