Shaan's Burger Reviews

Lustre's burger was simple but incredibly tasty, with healthy ingredients. I've been trying to eat more probiotic rich foods, so the kraut, zucchini pickles, sourdough focaccia has everything you need and more. The beef shoulder was tender and melt in your mouth, and the mayo was a perfect finishing touch. Can't get better than that in terms health and deliciousness. I would happily eat it every day.

Passo was next up, with their wildboar and pork burg. I love spicy food and this had a nice kick from rocket, a well seasoned patty and and the spicy vodka sauce. Not too spicy for a mild eater though. I'm a sucker for provolone and the little fennel bits were delicious. It all came together very well!

Hey Coastie's kimchi patty was amazing - more probiotic goodness! Seemed like an absolute solid burger with a korean flair. Though my favorite part was actually dipping the chips in the ranch and then double dipping in the bacon bits, the burger was amazing and I'd smash one again. My wife and I are now off to The Jolly, The Boundary and the Waterfront to try the rest of the lineup!
