Beleaf in a Greener Future by Rātā Café: Seared jackfruit patty with Thai basil, mesclun, charred pineapple, and housemade vegan mayonnaise in a Dough Bakery vegan gluten-free bun, with kūmara fries, vegan aioli and Manaaki condiments. ($21)
Della Nonna by Seize: Lentil lasagne patty, housemade cashew cheese, bolognese, and basil in a Thoroughbred Gluten Free bun, with baked chips. ($25)
Fin-Free Flipperwich by Kanami Kopi Kadai: Vegan fish, kimchi ketchup ,grilled mushroom, red pepper, grilled pineapple, cos lettuce, and onion pickle aioli in a La Linda kimchi bun with sundried tomato spiced chickpea sundal. ($25)
Pink Panther by Otto Champagneria and Beer Hall: Chop suey patty with vegan ham, lettuce, pickled red onion and red cabbage, Cognac 'bacon' jam, and Parisian pickled bistro sauce in a pink Zaida’s bun, with French fries with a beetroot salt and pink peppercorn mayonnaise. ($20)
