Born-and-raised in the Hutt Valley, Cory Jane has been an assistant coach of the Hurricanes since 2020.

His coaching career follows a hugely successful career on the field with 123 Super Rugby appearances for the Hurricanes, scoring 32 tries.

After making his All Blacks debut in 2008, he went on to play 53 tests, scoring 18 tries and featuring in the 2011 Rugby World Cup winning team.
