Here in New Zealand we are blessed with some of the purest natural spring water in the world. Noble Rot is thrilled to be joined by Matt Nickson from Antipodes who will guide you through an informative water tasting to highlight how different mineral levels in water affects the perception and enjoyment of wine and food. Saturday 23rd — ‘A Rosie Afternoon’ Enjoy the company of Rosie Finn of Neudorf Vineyards, second generation of one of New Zealand's most prestigious wineries in Nelson. You’ll have the opportunity to ask Rosie all about current trends as she combines the story of her family winery’s historic roots and its impact on the landscape of New Zealand fine wines.
