Saturday 9th — ‘Small Region, Big Sky’
Katherine Jacobs and her husband Jeremy embarked on a dream to produce some of Martinborough’s finest wines from their special vineyard in Te Muna, and they’ve achieved great success! Katherine will speak about upcoming trends, big dreams and hidden secrets in our favourite region’s wine scene.
Saturday 16th — ‘Does Water Matter?’
Not all water is the same! Here in New Zealand we are blessed with some of the purest natural spring water in the world. Noble Rot is thrilled to be joined by Matt Nickson from Antipodes who will guide you through an informative water tasting to highlight how different mineral levels in water affects the perception and enjoyment of wine and food. Will you taste the difference? *Wine will also be served!
Saturday 23rd — ‘A Rosie Afternoon’
Enjoy the company of Rosie Finn of Neudorf Vineyards, second generation of one of New Zealand's most prestigious wineries in Nelson. You’ll have the opportunity to ask Rosie all about current trends as she combines the story of her family winery’s historic roots and its impact on the landscape of New Zealand fine wines.
