Burger Wellington runs from 3-23 August
Pulled pork in Irish whiskey sauce, with Scottys Meats black pudding, Harringtons white pudding, apple coleslaw, pork crackling, caramelised onion, and Kāpiti smoked cheddar in a Breadcraft potato bread bun, with chunky chips.
Inspired by the legend of the Blarney Stone in County Cork, which is said to bestow the gift of the gab. The ingredients lean into that Cork connection: white pudding, black pudding (including Clonakilty's 1880s recipe), and Jameson whiskey (now distilled in Cork) used in the pulled pork marinade.
