The team from Black Estate will be joining Graze for an epic collaboration inspired by Shakespeare. Chefs Max Gordy and Olly Le Maitre have crafted a seven-course feast using the many references to food in every Shakespeare play to inspire them. Winemaker Nicolas Brown has matched each course with a Black Estate wine. This will be a night of food and wine for the ages. ‘Let the sky rain potatoes!’
