Chef Jiwon Do was recently named Hospitality New Zealand’s chef of the year, expect big things for their Garage Project presents Burger Wellington entry with Hot Chicka - a spicy chicken burger only available at Hot Sauce, and while you’re there pair it with their Cocktail Wellington Beach QTie created with Coconut milk, lime vodka, Zany Zeus Greek yoghurt and vanilla ice cream which comes with a Korean-style cinnamon donut. Head into Hippopotamus for the Hippy Whiskey made with Whiskey and banana liqueur, topped with ginger ale, chocolate and Ōtaki honey. Accompanied by a Hippopotamus X Lucid Chocolatier bonbon with butterscotch.

Two Grey takes you to Venice Beach for Garage Project presents Burger Wellington this year. Tuck into Crumbed and pan fried lemon butter tarakihi and prawn patty with housemade smoked mussel ketchup, tartare, pickles and iceberg in a Brezelmania potato bun, with handcut chips. Drop into the Lobby Lounge for the Iris: Butterfly pea tea-infused ImaGination gin with vermouth and lemon juice served with a sweet housemade macaroon, a soft version is available too.
