QT Wellington
For 2021, QT Wellington came up with a line up of extravagant Festival Events and Festival dishes for both its onsite venues: Hippopotamus Restaurant and Hot Sauce that matches both this year's festival theme: Out of Place and the QT's aesthetic.

Bloody Mary themed Festival dishes at Hot Sauce
Hot Sauce is coming in hot with some outrageous offers for their Burger Welly and Cocktail Welly offer. Ones that might scare off the less adventurous but surely win the heart of the ambitious who are in for the gram.

The Bloody Outrageous - Burger Welly
Pure South beef patty with Fix & Fogg Smoke & Fire mayonnaise, tomato sauce, American mustard, pickles, cheddar, Swiss cheese and jalapeño jam in a Zaida’s Sriracha brioche bun, with a Virgin Mary, famous popcorn chicken skewer and kimchi bao and pickles.
