This plant-based burger is rooted in the chef's Oma (grandmother): her donut recipe inspired the business, and her recipe was reworked into the fully plant-based version used for the donut buns. Plum is a direct connection to childhood memories and to German baking. The flavours (speculaas, cinnamon, maple, dark chocolate, candied rosemary) evoke a German midwinter Christmas.
