One pig. One night. One whole pig will be broken down for a night of tacos. There are so many awesome cuts that are underrated and under used that would generally be given to animal feed. Get some mates. Smash some tacos and sink some drinks. Your ticket includes four tacos and pork crackling. You can also add the best bits of the pig for an additional cost, such as pigs ear salsa, tongue skewer, trotter jus and head croquettes (all very limited). A range of wine, beer and non alcoholic drinks will be available all night. Get a bib on and get booked in quick as there is only one pig.
