Head over the hill for a special five-course meal inspired by Charleston, South Carolina. Start in the Union Square Gin Room for a Martinborough Brewery beer or local gin paired with pimento cheese dip. You’ll then head to the Napoleon Room for a bit of southern hospitality. Think fried tomatoes, she-crab soup, shrimp and grits, benne wafers and coconut cake with wine pairings. Hosted by Adam Cruz, GM of Union Square and a College of Charleston graduate, he’ll tell the impact and history of these dishes and how Charleston became one of the world’s best culinary locations.
