Beef patty, with kasundi and chorizo mayo, sherry caramelized onions, cheese, sweet and spicy pickles in toasted Dough Bakery brioche, with with Paprika fries and Bloody Mary dipping sauce.
Chef Josh’s first taste of proper Indian food came through a kasundi recipe passed down to Logan Brown from the Dayal family (Cuba Fruit Mart). That moment sparked a lasting love for the cuisine, now honoured in this burger with their own adapted kasundi replacing traditional tomato sauce.
