In partnership with the Embassy of Ireland, Wellington On a Plate 2026 kicks off at Regent with two evenings celebrating a culture that knows how to throw a great party. On the bar the Regent team will be slinging a bunch of Irish whiskeys, Guinness of course, and a lineup of Irish-themed cocktails including the Tipperary. Aoife Gallagher-Forbes, head chef at Swimsuit and 2024 VWOAP Next Gen winner, takes over the Regent kitchen with a short menu of her favourite Irish meal - Beef and Guinness pie, colcannon, buttered soda bread and Irish sherry trifle to finish. Get the full meal or a combo of the four. Naturally they'll collaborate on an Irish Coffee cocktail for the occasion. Irish musicians also will settle in for a seisiún each night. Cocktails from 2pm, food from 5pm. Free to attend.
