Wild goat and goat cheese, with Crooked Vege roasted capsicum, kawakawa coleslaw, The Bond Store botanical aioli, and Apostle Hot Sauce herb salt in a Seriously Pickled cheese scone bun.
A collaboration between The Bond Store and Seriously Pickled — two Paraparaumu Beach businesses grown through local recommendation. Goat is an uncommon burger protein in New Zealand, chosen deliberately to start a conversation. Served at the Paraparaumu Beach Bowling Club with a retro bowls-club feel, limited numbers across select days.
