Named after her hometown of Delhi and her home postcode, this special menu is a deeply personal tribute to her upbringing and a childhood immersed in the rich culinary traditions of North India. Chandrika brings the heart and soul of Delhi to Wellington with a generous, share-style multi-course menu featuring bountiful vegetarian plates and an exceptional lamb raan. Expect an explosion of flavour, with exotic spice blends, saffron, citrus and native berries woven into every dish. In North India, condiment is king, and this feast will be served with a vibrant array of chutneys, pickles and relishes. To complete the experience, Chandrika has also designed a beautifully curated drinks menu to complement the bold and fragrant dishes.

Mushroom galouti patty with saffron citrus aioli, pickled onion, coriander and Woodhaven Farms spinach, served in a saffron and rose water–infused sheermal-style Brezelmania brioche bun, with a crispy onion pakora. Prem means love in Hindi, and Prem-E-Portobello is a heartfelt homage to Head Chef Chandrika Khullar’s roots and passion for vegetarian cooking.
