This four-course meal features a cherished duck dish - it doesn't have a name, but it's a cherished recipe passed down through generations. A labour of love, prepared only for special occasions it is rarely served outside of the Chan family home. The Chan family's iconic KC Cafe has been feeding Wellington bellies for 26 years and despite having 160 dishes on the menu, Michael still has more he wants to share. His new venture Hei extends his creativity, reigniting his love for cooking and offers a more refined personal dining experience. For this event, Michael invites you to be part of this new chapter. Each ticket includes four courses and a welcome drink.
