We drew great inspiration choosing the protein/theme "Mouth/Word Play" - Pork "Cheek" from this burger - which led us to fuse some Korean and Czech flavors for this tasty burger. We also wanted to do a "word of gratitude" providing thanks to the suppliers we work so closely with / tasting cards that give thanks back up the supply chain.
