Dessert: Dark chocolate torte with orange mascarpone. 17 August Conscious Valley roast lamb shoulder with garlic roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, minted peas, Yorkshire pudding, Maille wholegrain mustard jus and mint sauce. Dessert: Bread and butter pudding with ginger gelato and crème anglaise. 24 August Half a roast chicken with duck fat roast potatoes, garlic green beans, cavolo nero, Yorkshire pudding, chicken schmaltz and Maille mustard gravy. Dessert: Steamed honey pudding with custard and honey gelato. 31 August First Light roast sirloin served with honey-glazed carrots, duck fat roast potatoes, cabbage and bacon, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish, Maille Dijon mustard and jus.
