A crispy, golden chicken thigh—tossed in sticky gochujang glaze—gets hugged by a soft red bao bun, stacked with kimchi & pickled radish slaw, drizzled with gochujang honey, and finished with garlic-sesame mayo, crispy shallots, and furikake.

On the side? Korean street fries dusted in chilli & sesame, with a dipping sauce that flirts back.

Honeymoon Around Asia – A Love Letter in Five Courses is a celebration of romance, adventure, and flavour. Inspired by the 2025 festival theme Food is Love, this five-course journey invites guests to explore the diverse and vibrant tastes of Asia through a menu designed to feel like a love letter from each destination.

From Thailand to Japan, Vietnam to Singapore and Korea, each course tells a delicious story – shared in an atmosphere of romantic house & disco beats, playful photo ops, and interactive passport-style menus. Whether you're celebrating with your partner, your bestie, or just someone who shares your love of dumplings, this event is all about connection, indulgence, and culinary joy.

With optional cocktail pairings featuring creative, Asia-inspired concoctions, and thoughtful touches like a “Love Letters Wall” and “Just Married to Dumplings” photo station, Chow’s Honeymoon Around Asia promises a night to remember.

Dumpling Diaries – Food is Love is a three-course dumpling and cocktail experience that brings together flavours from across Asia in a fun, social setting. Each guest will enjoy three courses of dumplings, with the option to pair them with 5 specially crafted cocktails (served in half portions).

This event is designed to celebrate the connection between food and love – the way dumplings are made with care, shared with joy, and bring people together. Whether it’s a first date, a catch-up with friends, or a solo night of indulgence, every bite and sip tells a story of comfort, passion, and fun.
