As the Southern hemisphere’s largest over-the-ocean restaurant, the team at Dockside took their inspiration from Wellington's own natural kaimoana. Pāua are large sea snails highly valued by Māori. They play a significant role in manaakitanga ki ngā manuhiri (hosting of visitors) which is in tune with the way Dockside Restaurant & Bar host their visitors. With this ethos in mind, this Festival Dish presents this taonga in true Dockside style.
