Winter Classic Meets Local Brewery

When Dough Bakery opened in Upper Hutt they were thrilled to be moving into a town that was becoming renowned - and frequented for - it's beer. Their neighbours at Brewtown have put Upper Hutt on the map as a dining destination. They have honoured these local breweries in their Festival Dish by braising the lamb in a Brewtown staple Te Aro stout, which gives it a rich flavour and tender, juicy meat.

Dish Description: Lamb shank braised in Aro Brewing oat stout with rustic mashed potato, parsnip chips, brussel sprout slaw and housemade Dough Bakery brioche roll.
